It can be an emotional and stressful process to get your home on the market. Moving is often bittersweet. It’s a lot of work, too. I’m here to make things as easy as possible. I’ll work with you to effectively price your home and bring it to market. Ultimately, I will get you the best offer possible that meets your goals in selling. Here’s how we do it.
Put your best foot forward.
All of my listings include staging, deep cleaning, floor plans, professional photos and video. My attention to detail and marketing strategy will help your house stand out amongst other listings in the area. I am so excited to make it shine!
Go on vacation.
No, seriously. Go on vacation. Once your home is prepped and ready to hit the market the stress is off you. Get out of town that first weekend while I host open houses and buyers tour. Once you get back we’ll go over any offers received. Hopefully we have multiple offers to choose from.
Communication.
One of my specialties is communication. As your listing agent I will happily chat, text, email, or carrier pigeon with all the agents whose buyers want to purchase your home. Your needs as a seller will be paramount during this process so any offers we receive will be tailored to meet your goals. I’ll help you navigate from offer acceptance all the way to closing.
